I’m very happy with my child’s dental visit at Burnaby dental group.The entire team was friendly, professional, and amazing with kids. The dentist did the fillings, extraction & put the space maintainer and made sure my child felt safe and relaxed. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and the appointment went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Burnaby dental group to other parents.

The clinic itself is fine and appointments are punctual, however, I ultimately moved to a different dental office due to a lack of explanation around treatment recommendations. Four extractions were scheduled with minimal explanation and no meaningful discussion of alternatives. After seeking a second opinion, I was told that multiple options were available and that extraction was not necessary in my case. If you value clear communication and informed discussion about your treatment, I would recommend going elsewhere.

Excellent experience ever. I went for dental cleaning I can’t even explain enough how good it was☺️, I am very happy with their service and experience levels. I didn’t imagine that they can give me shiny, clean and spotless teeth in just one visit. I love my teeth now, feeling more confident seriously. I will recommend everyone needs to visit this place because lots of experienced staff working there, no waiting for weeks or days to books at all, flexible and very helpful.

I had the best experience here. Everyone at the reception, the medical assistants and the doctor are super kind and gentle. They understood my anxiety and even held my hand when I needed it. Explained every step so that I could understand (for the first time) all the elements involved. They were extremely thorough in treatment, from analyzing my dental requirements, recording every detail, to booking follow-ups. Grateful for such a thoughtful and compassionate experience. Shout out to Dr Kiran, Aman and Betty for their awesomeness!

Dr. Sarang provides a patient-centered care. He explains the procedure and the plan of care patiently and clearly. He answers my questions and inquiries with transparency. He was referred to by a family member, and I am happy for the excellent service from this team. He deals with clients and with his colleagues respectfully. The clinic is clean. The area is convenient, walking distance to the Skytrain and metrotown area. Will definitely recommend.
