Dear Dr. Ahmadi and Appy, Thank you for taking care of me during my recent wisdom teeth extraction. Overall, I felt that the procedure was handled very professionally. The first tooth was removed smoothly, while the second one turned out to be more complex and required additional anesthesia due to deeper discomfort. I appreciated how attentively this was managed. During the more difficult part of the procedure, I experienced a strong stress reaction. I am very grateful for how you supported me during that time — speaking with me to help distract and calm me, bringing me water, and making sure I was okay throughout. That care and reassurance made a meaningful difference. Despite the challenges, I felt safe, supported, and well looked after. Thank you for your patience, professionalism, and kindness.

The cleaning was okay. And I was told to do cavity fillings, did that and paid almost more than thousand Dollars for exams and fillings and right after the feeling I got a cut/soreness on one side of my tongue with an ulcer underneath. Went for follow up after 4 days(was waiting for self cure) and saw the doctor, he mentioned it might have been because of the fillings, the chemicals or the instruments they use on that procedure. However, I was charged fee to see the doctor for urgent followup as I was having difficulty in talking and eating my meals and that also caused by the procedure (according to the doctor himself). All-in-all it’s not about just money, I am dissatisfied with how rudely and weirdly they dealt when we asked for explanations for follow up charges. They just denied that the soreness/bruise happened cause of the filling procedure(which doctor already accepted that it might happens sometimes to patients)

The reception staff, and dentists at Burnaby City Dentist are one of a kind. The staff is welcoming, helpful and patient. The dentists are highly skilled professionals. I've had two different dentists work on my teeth - Dr. Erfan and Dr. Shirbani. They were gentle, and took time to explain what they were doing step by step. Initially, I went into the dentist's chair feeling fearful and nervous. I came out of the chair feeling at ease, and with absolute confidence in their care. Highly recommend Burnaby City Dentist.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. Dr. Ahmadi explains everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable during my treatment. His gentle approach and attention to detail show how much he cares for his patients. The dental assistant, Farzane was also amazing. She was kind, professional, and helped everything run smoothly. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and the staff are friendly. I truly appreciate their care and highly recommend this office for excellent dental service!
