Excellent service, I had my truck towed in at night, key drop off box was great and easy to find, I was able to fill out information and explain what happened to my truck. They did a full inspection the next day, it was far more in depth than I expected it to be ( exceeded my expectations) and sent me the report for me to look through. They were able to order parts and repair my vehicle to what I needed to get back on the road, oil change, spark plugs, new battery, and in depth vehicle inspection. Great thing is they fixed everything that needed to get fixed, let me know of other issues and future things I may or will need fixed. They weren’t pressuring me into unnecessary repairs. Everyone was honest and forthcoming and I was very happy! I’ll be a returning customer for future repairs and maintenance! Thankful for the hard work and getting me back on the road!

Kemra and the staff are always very accommodating and provide excellent customer service ! They do not pressure you but suggest what may need to be addressed in the future !! Burlington Automotive often times has coupons via internet, email or ad’s from Value pack that help with final your final bill …. Highly recommend you consider them for your next auto needs.

I've used them twice in the last year. Excellent customer service, timely, a little on the expensive side. Ask for eligible discounts! I like that they provide a text/email with estimate and pics of problem areas. They helped me prioritize repairs to keep it manageable. I have their license plate frame on my car so if I need a tow, I get one for free! Not being open on weekends is a drawback as far as commuting to work. They did provide a shuttle to/from my house so I didn't have to inconvenience friends.

Burlington Automotive is by far the best option around to get your vehicle serviced. Extremely fair and professional, quality work with techs that know what they are doing. We take our fleet vehicles to them and I choose to take my personal vehicles there as well for all the reasons above. Highly recommend them to friends and family.

We stopped by Burlington Kia just looking at cars thinking maybe to buy one and Gage came out to greet us and helped us look. He showed us an Audi and that was it. He was very patient and kind, not pushy or aggressive in any way. Everyone here were very respectful and treated us well...no complaints at all. In fact l recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop by and check out Burlington Kia.
