I had a great experience with Richard who replaced a hot water tank for us. He showed up the same day on a Sunday. He is very punctual and extremely professional in identifying and remediating any issues or leaks with his installation. Definitely recommend him.

Very experienced in heating and plumbing. I need service on my furnace this morning and Richard shows up on time and fast repair as well. Reasonable service fee as well. All in all I am very satisfied with his 5 star services. Strong recommend.

My hot water tank stop working suddenly. I called the number and Richard show up just 30 minutes later. He changed new tank very professionally and finished in 3 hours. Also he change the broken garburator after finish the water tank job. From now on I gonna call him any heating and pluming problem.

Richard came by on short notice to check a leak that was going on with our shower. When we turned on the water main to see where the leak was coming from, we noticed a couple of other leaking parts in the plumbing system. He was quick to replace the leaking valves and some copper pipes. Going back to the shower, he was able to diagnose and isolate what the issues were. Thankfully there wasn't a major leak on the main, but more likely in the shower pipe. On the next day, we noticed some more issues with our trap primer which was gushing water. He was here in a matter of minutes and helped to diagnose the problem. He suggested to remove the trap primer completely because there was already other methods in place to keep the trap full of water. He worked quickly and finished the job in half an hour. Overall, I'm glad that he was willing to come on such short notice and his price was reasonable. The workmanship looked very good as well.
