Friendly and helpful, I got a callback in 5 mins. Although they don't do car keys, I was given a recommendation without hesitation. That's professionalism, and would trust them to do other locksmith work in the future.

I've used budget locksmith a number of times. This last instance was a 1am after hours call when I broke my key off in my front door while holding a heavy item. He came out right away, and got me back inside in no time. He made me a new key right then and there making a bad situation all the better. Thank you Josh for being the man on call!

Josh is a lifesaver! I hired him to install an electric pin pad door lock deadbolt for my elderly client. From the start, he was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful! When the first deadbolt turned out to be defective, Josh didn't hesitate to put everything back together so I could leave to exchange the original defective item. He then came back a second time and did a fantastic job aligning the door to ensure everything worked smoothly. I'm so impressed with his willingness to go the extra mile and his dedication to customer satisfaction. I never felt like it was "just another job" to him, he genuinely cared about helping us.
