We’re in Chilliwack and noticed our heat pump started making a loud rattling and buzzing noise every time it kicked on, especially in the evenings when it got colder. It was loud enough that we could hear it inside the house and it was starting to worry us. We called Budget Heating & Plumbing and they were able to come out pretty quickly. The tech found that it wasn’t sitting level and one of the lines was vibrating against the metal, which was causing the noise. So simple fix YAY!! Since then it’s been running quiet again and heating properly. The whole visit was easy and straightforward and the price was fair. I’d definitely call them again

We had Budget Heating & Plumbing Services install a whole house water filtration system in our Vancouver home, and the results have been incredible. Not only does the water taste much better, but my skin feels softer and my daughter’s eczema has reduced drastically since the installation. Even our hair feels smoother after showers! The technician was professional, punctual, and explained everything clearly. The system was installed neatly and works perfectly.

Dean made the initial visit and assessment at our home. Very professional and knowledgeable. He provided us with options and we decided on a new furnace, heat pump, and a tankless water heater. Our installers were Bobby and Saeed. They worked long hours to get the job done. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Amber submitted our application for a rebate. She was very efficient, friendly and somehow always seemed to be available by phone despite her busy schedule. Very satisfied with Budget Heating and Plumbing Services.

We hired Budget Heating and Plumbing for our basement suite legalization in West Van, and honestly, having them handle the renovation work along with the mechanicals was a lifesaver. It’s hard enough coordinating trades for a suite legalization, so it was great to have one team manage the repiping and heating upgrades as well as the actual build-out of the kitchen and bathroom. The quality of the finishing work is excellent, and they knew exactly what the District inspectors were looking for to get everything signed off. The suite looks fantastic and everything is up to code. Highly recommend these guys for the whole project, not just the plumbing.
