So I called and ask if the could change a serpentine belt and he said yes I asked if it would be done today he said yes but you had to bring it in soon as it’s new years eves said no problem! Was hopefully. Husband goes in and the guy working the front is full of attitude and not very helpful my husband explains why he is there and he gets even ruder. I do know you don’t run a business like this. Why tell me one thing and tell my husband another. Do not go here rude and a horrible experience. Customers service skills are needed and they need not to lie. Go elsewhere for sure. Why tell me one thing and then treat my husband poorly.

I have been returning at this location of Budget Brake & Muffler Auto Centres at Surrey, Delta and will keep coming back in the future mainly because I can trust their services which I find very reliable, honest with their assessment about the repair cost and good customer service. Today, I should have spent about 2/3 for parts and labor cost but was not, and I saved that money instead. Thank you so much Budget Brake & Muffler!

Budget Muffler never disappoints. Steve fit me in yesterday, swapped the mufflers, and the car sounds perfect. Fair price, zero hassle, and he still took time to walk me through the work and show the old parts. The whole crew was friendly, the shop was spotless, and they finished exactly when they said they would. If you want a shop you can actually trust, this is the place.

Top notch guys! Broke my exhaust spring flange and catalytic converter on the trail, it sounded like a lawnmower. Instead of $2,000 for a new pipe assembly they engineered this for $300. They even replaced the rusted off exhaust tip I told them not to worry about. All in one hour. Will definitely be coming back here!
