Mike and his team have done many jobs for me always excellent service very knowledgeable and very fair pricing. In fact I had an issue unrelated to his shop and he got me in and worked on my truck for half an hour and didn’t charge me.. He’s an excellent old school mechanic.

Mike is a real stand up guy. Its hard to find someone to trust in this industry. Most are way overpriced, just my opinion. Mike is fair and wont charge you for what you dont need. Exemplary service. Thank you.

As someone who knows very little about vehicles, I very much appreciate the honesty and integrity shown here! I was told by a dealership in town that needed brakes immediately, but Mike gave me a direct, honest, and fair assessment of my brakes--and it was not urgent. He also strived to get me the best price for the parts I will eventually need. I will definitely return to have my brakes done here when it's time to do them! It's nice to have a place to go to that shows true integrity-- somewhere that doesn't take advantage of one's lack of knowledge and just try to sell something that isn't needed. Thanks, Mike!

Have had muffler work done on a couple different vehicles now. Both times, work done in a timely manner with good communication and fair pricing. Second time, I was expecting a much bigger job and bill but Mike did what made sense for my vehicle and the specific issue instead of what made the most money. Much appreciated!

Mike was incredibly generous with his time in educating me on some DIY maintenance, and also in setting me up for success. It is extremely difficult to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic in this town, but after this experience I absolutely refuse to see anyone else. If you’re looking for a straight-shooter, who will be honest and direct with you, and takes your situation and unique needs into consideration, I cannot recommend anyone other than Mike at Budget Brake & Muffler. I had been putting off some maintenance and potential work needed, but now I feel hopeful that I will be able to get this work done without being overcharged or taken advantage of.
