I rarely leave negative reviews, and anyone who checks my profile can see that. But this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to share it. I brought my car in with all parts supplied by me: engine oil, oil filter, cabin air filter, engine air filter, and brake pads. Before dropping the car off, I clearly explained this and was told it was totally fine and that they would accept customer-supplied parts. If they had said they don’t work this way, I would have respectfully left — no problem at all. After several hours, when I came back to pick up the car (with my father), I was shocked to be quoted $410 in labour only. No parts were provided by the shop. When I questioned the price and said it was not in line with normal market rates, the response was dismissive and defensive instead of professional. I understand businesses have different pricing models — that’s not the issue. The issue is lack of transparency. If using customer-supplied parts leads to higher labour charges, this should be communicated before the work starts, not after the job is done. What made the experience worse was the poor customer service. I was spoken to in a condescending, top-down manner, which was honestly embarrassing — especially since my father was with me. A simple, respectful explanation would have gone a long way. After pushing back, the price was reduced slightly to $370, which confirms that the original amount was negotiable. Unfortunately, the damage was already done. The whole reason I brought my own parts was to save money and time, and instead I ended up with stress, frustration, and an uncomfortable experience. I don’t expect cheap service — I expect fair pricing and honest communication. Sadly, this shop failed on both. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because transparency and basic respect matter just as much as mechanical skills. Update: After the owner’s response, I called the provided number the same day. I was told the branch would review the situation and get back to me. It has now been over two weeks and I have not received any follow-up or communication. I appreciate the initial response, but meaningful resolution requires actual follow-through. I remain open to a fair and professional discussion if the branch chooses to reach out.

I had a need for some unusual work on stainless exhaust pipe which Darcy was able to accomplish quickly with quality work that was done at a reasonable cost. I'll certainly go back when needed

These people are great and were able to fit me in on a tight schedule. Tony is the top notch mechanic. So 6 months later I was a repeat customer for other work and it was the same great service in a timely manor & Price.

I just went here today to see if they could look at my truck. It's making a weird ticking noise. They were very kind and checked it out for me with no charge and were able to identify the problem. Unfortunately they aren't able to fix it themselves but they right away recommended me to a shop that can! Thank you so much!

I called ahead to get a quote for rotors replacement and was told a price. The staff on the phone was well aware of my car model, year and make. When my husband took it in for the appointment, the staff there told him it will be $200 more even though the quoted price was written down next to my name on their calendar. When my husband called me to tell me about it and I asked to speak to the staff there, the guy said to my husband “I don’t want to talk to her”. It was very bizarre and we decided to not get it done there. For sure was glad this happened before any work was done.
