Wow, just picked up my car after having deal with a missing muffler. Works great! Five star service from the gentleman helping us, Todd. He put on my old muffler and saved us a bunch of money! Got this all done all while being short staffed!

Great experience! I came in for a catalytic converter replacement, and the staff went above and beyond. They were friendly, transparent about pricing, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The repair was done professionally and my car feels like new again. Very thankful for their honest work—definitely a place I trust.

I had a loose heat shield above my muffler, so I took it in for inspection. They quickly assessed the issue, found that it had rusted out, and removed it. The best part? They didn’t charge me a dime. Great service that absolutely made my day—thank you!

Honestly I would rate my entire 'first time experience' of this shop just "ok." Not good, not terrible.... The said 'Owner' on the commercials was driving a taxi so not sure how invested he is in the business. Taking the rough neighbourhood out of the equation which isn't their fault, it's a typical 80-90's dirty muffler shop experience with dirty techs smoking out front and really not much curb appeal BUT the work seems good at first glance. I know you pay for the work, but if the shop looks that way, I really wonder about the work being done behind the scenes ??? I know I defiantly definitely definitely... would not send my wife in there, nor would I use them for regular mechanical work myself, as it's really disorganized, not much professionalism, again shop experience you would imagine from the 80-90's, waiting area is really gross/nasty, with ripped broken chairs, not even coffee so I defiantly wouldn't wait - 80-90's again feel. Overall just OK on a "Budget" experience, I would say what the warranty of the job I got done which was exhaust repair but was told from the guy at the counter he didn't know..... JUST OK overall !!
