Amin... What an brilliant gentleman. His service is exceptional. Machines are extremely reasonably priced and squeaky clean as well easy to operate. if you ask him to keep an eye on washing or drying he never backs down. I come here atleast twice a week get my ironing done and drying. I highly recommend this place...

I have been using the service wash service for 5 years every week ! The staff are truly brilliant and being disabled I need additional assistance and this is always offered kindly! This place has been a lifeline to me as can’t do my own washing! I more than firmly recommend to all Windsor and Eton locals

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Hostile staff and very suspicious behaviour One of the strangest customer experiences I’ve ever had. On my first visit for a service wash, the manager rolled his eyes and commented that my load would “cost a lot of money.” On my next visit with the same bags, he rudely refused to serve me, saying he was “too busy.” Today I returned to use the machines myself and explained I’d never done this before. I checked with both the manager and another person present that my dryer load was acceptable I was told it was fine. After paying £5 for 40 minutes, I returned to find the dryer door wide open and everything still soaking wet. I added more time and briefly stepped away (around 60 seconds). When I returned, the door was wide open again. The manager blamed me for “overloading” the dryer, which made no sense. Here’s the key point: When I stood next to the dryer, the door did not open once across 24 minutes. Earlier, it only opened when I wasn’t there. I also observed the manager briefly step outside during one of the unexplained openings. This occurred at approximately 1:45 pm on Tuesday. There are cameras on site, so the owners can easily review the CCTV from that time. Rude, uncomfortable, and highly suspicious. I strongly advise avoiding this place.

Pay & Display street parking. Need a good supply of coins. Wash machine didn't spin dry very well, Dryer only accepted 2 coin for 8 minutes, so had to run the load through the dryer 3 times on Hot. But very good location
