Warning to customers: pay very close attention to what you are being charged here. On multiple occasions, I have been quoted $30.95 for a car wash when the advertised basic wash is $20.95. The higher price was for an optional “upgrade” where you pay part now and receive part on a future visit — but this was not clearly explained upfront. It was presented as though that was simply the price of the wash. If I hadn’t questioned the charge, I would have paid more than the advertised price without realizing it. This has happened to me more than once. I have also personally observed staff presenting this same pricing structure to other customers in a similar way, without clearly distinguishing the optional upgrade from the base wash. Based on repeated experience and observation, this appears to be a pattern rather than a one-time misunderstanding. I raised this concern with a manager, who said it was someone else’s responsibility and that someone would follow up with me. I have not received a call. Until pricing is clearly and transparently communicated, I would strongly encourage customers to confirm exactly which wash they are being charged for and whether any upgrades are being added.

We brought our 2 month old vehicle to get the exterior washed and the interior mats and door sills wiped down. We waited 1.5 hours only to receive the vehicle back with the interior half assed wiped, meanwhile they charged $195.25. I am beyond upset. Terrible attention to detail. There were crumbs left on the door after wiping it with their greasy rag. Vinyl surfaces lefts untouched. DO NOT go to this location.

Paid $150 for them To clean absolutely nothing. The car looked the exact same!!! They than wanted more money to “detail” better. I would not recommend this place to anyone, total waste of money!! And time!!

Terrible service. Paid over $400 for deluxe interior cleaning. Says they get all the nooks and crannys. When completed there was still dog hair between the console and seats.(cranny). They didn’t even clean the inside of the console.(nook). They didn’t even touch the rear cargo area. There were several items still in the same compartments. Ming detailers put everything left in the vehicle into a bag, meaning they cleaned everywhere. Not at Bubbles. Very disappointed considering how much I paid. I had to clean these areas myself when I got home. Then I tried to get a hold of customer service to complain to no avail. I’ll never go back to Bubbles. I’ll go back to Ming.

It took 90 minutes to get done. And the vehicle wasn’t completely done. I paid extra for the tires to be done and as you’ll see in the pictures, nothing was done. And $100.75 later and not done with care. Supposed to get a deodorizer as well, and nothing. Extremely disappointed and won’t be back. No wonder there’s so many other car washes opening up by them. I remember the old days at Bubbles. Nothing like it now
