I went to Karlee today for a much needed hair cut. She did AMAZING!! I walked in with dry dead ends and a boring straight layered cut, and I walked out with a shiny soft and beautiful layered hair cut. Karlee is definitely my new favourite hair stylist in Vancouver, not only is she a fabulous stylist but she is so easy to chat with and is such a sweetie. LOVE LOVE LOVE thank you Karlee!!

Roberto was incredibly welcoming and made the whole experience feel comfortable from the start. After a really bad haircut years ago, I’ve only trusted blunt cuts, but he listened carefully to everything I shared about how I usually style my hair and what made me nervous. He somehow kept my length while making my hair feel so much lighter, adding the most perfect layers that work with all the ways I already style it - and even open the door to new ones. My confidence is through the roof and I truly can’t thank him enough!

Mestre Roberto is five stars, and so is this salon! I followed Roberto from Kits to East Van, and I'm so glad I did. Brush Salon is absolutely stunning—it has this beautiful, spa-like atmosphere that makes you feel pampered from the moment you walk in. (including mirrors that tell you "you are beautiful" 🤩) What really sets this place apart is Roberto himself. He listens genuinely to what you need, offers thoughtful advice, and has this amazing ability to make you feel like he is your #1 fan. He doesn't just give you a great haircut; he makes you feel beautiful—and you definitely look it when you leave. The little details matter too: easy parking and a delicious bakery right next door for a well-deserved treat afterward. I didn’t get matched with Roberto when I took the stylist finder quiz online, but I was beyond lucky to be matched with him when I called and made a last minute haircut appointment. Roberto was such a delight from start to finish. We walked through my hair in depth and made a plan together. I thought I was about to have to say farewell to a good amount of my length, but Roberto saved the day. He took photos of my hair when I sat down to show me what was going on - and again once we leveled it out - just to keep me in the know of how it was looking. He’s kind, has great energy and was the perfect match!

I had a wonderful experience at Salon BRUSH today, and I can’t recommend it enough, especially with Jesse. I went in for a haircut and hair coloring, and I was truly amazed by her work. Jesse took the time to ask exactly what I wanted and somehow delivered results that were even better than I had imagined. It was my first time getting my hair colored, so I felt a mix of nervousness and excitement, but she made me feel completely comfortable and confident throughout the process. By the end, I was absolutely delighted with the result. I’m so happy I chose Salon BRUSH and had Jessica as my stylist. I’ll definitely be coming back!
