Brookswood Vet was absolutely amazing. From setting up the appointment to providing a kind, calm, and compassionate environment when we had to put our dog down, every step was handled with such care. They honored all of our cremation requests and the specific paw and nose prints we asked for, and we received her ashes back very quickly. The entire experience truly changed our perspective on veterinary care. If we ever welcome another pet into our family, we will without a doubt be driving out to Brookswood Vet.

Our older dog Dexter (Shorkie) got sick in April and we took him to Brookswood Vet Hospital to see Dr. Celina Nagra she was great. We thought that we might have to make the hard decision to put him down due to his age and because he wasn't eating. But thanks to Dr Nagra's treatment and care Dexter, now 8 months later, is healthier and has a good appetite. He has also been treated by Dr. Lavor who is also great, as is all the staff I've met, I recommend Brookswood Vet Hospital.

Our dog trainer had noticed some postural issues with one of my dogs and suggested assessment +/- chiro to see if she had arthritic changes. My dog is young (3) and on certain days has increased reactivity towards her sister and our trainer thought she might be in pain. Her postural issues included elbows pointing outwards and puppy sitting. We have had just a couple of sessions with Dr. Carey the chiro that works at Brookswood. I’ve know noticed things with my dog that I didn’t even think about before. For example, she wouldn’t run in a straight line she would always drift to the right. It wasn’t until she stopped doing that after her second session with Dr. Carey that it clicked. Her puppy sitting is starting to change which you can see in the pics. She was locked up in her Sacrum, lumbar spine, and neck. Dr. Carey is extremely gentle and the manipulations are as well. They are not like a human’s adjustment. They are small movements - no cracking. My dog tolerated it very well and was not in any pain. Dr. Carey assessed her movement before (showing restriction) and after (no restriction). We are so happy to have found Dr. Carey and definitely recommend this animal hospital! A bonus is that treatments are covered under our insurance as Dr. Carey works with Brookswood!

The compassion and care we received from this clinic during an incredibly difficult time meant more than I can express. The vets and staff were kind, patient, and respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly without judgment. They truly tried to help my cat while always prioritizing her comfort and dignity. When it came time to say goodbye, they handled it with such gentleness and empathy. I am deeply grateful for their care and support.

They got me and my dog in last minute on a weekend, the veterinarian was very helpful and practical and suggested a conservative course of treatment for my 15.5 year old dog. Happy to say it was the right choice and he has fully recovered. I'm very grateful and appreciate the life experience of the dr and the considerate handling of my elderly dog. And very reasonably priced too, as they are still independently owned. Really overall nice experience.
