Due to long waiting periods and unprofessional conduct by the doctor, despite having the patient’s medical information and images on file, the treatment plan was changed after months of waiting and additional costs were requested at the time of the appointment. When questioned as to why this was not communicated earlier, the appointment was completely cancelled, and the situation was handled in an irresponsible manner. Management should consider paying closer attention to the professional conduct of their physicians. Everything should not be about money.

Beyond fantastic experience. The staff were all incredibly welcoming. They took me in as a new client, and were able to fit me in very quickly! We went over some concerns, and my dentist/hygienist discussed everything with me, made sure I understood what was being discussed, and encouraged me to voice any questions/concerns along the way - which I did - all of which they kindly, and thoroughly adressed. Due to previous career choices, It had been a long time since my last visit... so I expected a painful/tedious appointment. My hygienist, Carly(sorry if I spelled that wrong!), was fantastic - super friendly, very thorough, and, I hardly felt a thing. My teeth look great! Im very impressed - and very grateful 😊😊😊

I hadn't been to a dentist in probably 10 years. Finally had to go, once I had a tooth break multiple times and it needed removal. Was probably the most comfortable, painless dentist experience I've ever experienced. The staff are all very kind and helpful people. Definitely recommended, I'll be making this my regular dentistry clinic from now on.

My wife and I and been getting our teeth cleaned by Carly since we moved to Nanaimo 4 years ago. Couldn’t recommend her more. Very gentle on the teeth and just pleasant overall. The dentists are fine too but Carly keeps us coming back

Jennifer is a fantastic dentist and you always feel comfortable with her. Cheryl at reception was kind and helpful and I had a great experience with the hygienist Esther! She was so soft and caring. Great experience all around.
