I walked in on Thursday afternoon to get an Overlay fill. I chose a cat eye effect. The nail tech only put very little acrylic on my new growth and left the very thin layer of acrylic that I had from previous set. The nail tech left wet polish on some nails. He seemed like he was in a rush. I didn’t have time to go back the same day so I left it alone.The next day, which is Friday the acrylic cracked at the top of my nail because he Did not put acrylic on top of my nail and he overdrilled them towards the top. My nail ended up breaking as well. I went back on Saturday and explained what happened. The new nail tech that was there said he could fix it. I asked if I could change the color, he sighed And said “Oh my God, I would have to take everything off”. He then proceeded to fix my nail. I still wanted to change the color, But I knew if I didn’t offer to pay for it he wasn’t going to do it. The new nail tech put acrylic over three of my nails that were thinner than others and made them thicker. But the rest were left alone. I said the other ones were thin and that’s why My nail broke. The tech Said “ Yes, you just need a new set but not today, Not right now.” I chose a different color but still wanted the cat eye effect. I saw the tech do the cat eye technique, but my nails look like just a sparkly polish. My nails do not look like they have the cat eye effect. I paid an additional $25 to get my color changed. This was my first and last experience at this location. I am very disappointed that the nail techs do not listen to you. They want to do the bare minimum and still charge you a lot. Both technicians Rushed through my set and they were not even busy. The second time that I went to get my nail fixed, I was the only one in there. Do not go spend your hard earned money in this place. I will never go back.

Amazing visit!!! The shop was clean and bright. Good place for relaxing. I love my nails so muchhhhh with Sophia. Highly recommend 👍👍👍

My husband & I are visiting for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and it’s so hard to find a place to get pedicures when you don’t know the area that well. I found Brooks Nail & Spa on google and we booked! We were greeted with smiles and we really enjoyed our pedicures! Roy And Livi took their time and made our experience a “happy feet” experience!!! We talked the whole time and they asked about Louisiana and alligators and fishing !!if you in the San Antonio please look them up!!

i got my nails done here on 5 november, and they looked atrocious. they were way too short, crooked, uneven lengths, and a ton of acrylic was left under my nails. i went back yesterday evening with my husband, because he is much better at speaking up than i am, and a different nail tech soaked off the original set and redid them for me, for free. she did a much better job than the original nail tech, and even stayed late to finish my nails. they look much better now, but it hasn’t even been 24 hrs since getting this new set and the polish is peeling off. it has been a long time since i’ve gotten my nails done in a salon and this experience has been time consuming, stressful, and disappointing to say the least. while i am grateful that i was able to get them redone for free, and they do look much better now, the polish should not be peeling off already. next time i need or want my nails done, unfortunately i will not come back here. included are photos of the original set, the new set i got yesterday, and the original inspiration photo.

I got my toes does here 2 weeks ago on 7/26 they are so disappointing. My smaller toes are already coming off and I had my nails previously done at a different salon and they didn’t even try to match my pinkish acrylics I had on and the guy that did my nails left puddles of either acrylic or top coat on the edge of all my nails. I paid 65 for nails that don’t last two weeks which the nails I had on before lasted 5+ weeks I’m very disappointed and probably won’t be returning. LATE UPDATE****** They reached out to me twice probably more to fix the issue but I finally went when I had time and they improved a lot I love my new nails and the man that helped me was great and super nice. I appreciate them reaching out to me I’ve never had a nail business reach out to me to try and fix it they usually don’t even care but they went above and beyond !!!
