All the staff that work here are wonderful but I must give a special mention to Dr.Afshari. He is extremely kind, respectful and honest. I trust this team wholeheartedly and go out of my way to bring my pets here!

After nearly five years of loyalty, even after moving to Toronto, I continued bringing my dog there because I trusted them and valued the relationship we’d built. That trust is exactly why I chose to go ahead with a completely voluntary dental cleaning — an expensive procedure at around $2,000 — and I chose to do it with them. As part of the process, we did pre-op blood work. Everything came back normal, except for one liver enzyme that was just two points above the standard range. The vet said it could be diet-related and not a major concern, but still insisted on repeating the test, which would cost another $80. I agreed to do the second test, but asked if they could reduce the cost to $50, especially since I was paying out of pocket and already committing to the full procedure. The vet — a specific female vet I spoke with — flat-out refused. No flexibility, no consideration, and no sign that my loyalty or my pet’s well-being mattered. After years of bringing my business to this clinic, that response was incredibly disheartening. I’ve since taken my business elsewhere. It’s unbelievable to me that they were willing to lose a long-time client over a $40 compromise — especially for something I was doing voluntarily to protect my dog’s health. That decision told me everything I needed to know.

Friendly and knowledgeable team that were wonderful to our westie, Ronald. Dr. Rosanova and Dr. Afshari were great in providing solutions to his various conditions. Jeannie always gave an enthusiastic welcome with every visit. Highly recommend taking your pet to this vet clinic.

We tried this vet office out since our last vet wouldn’t allow us in the exam room with our kitty. We were so impressed by how gentle Dr.Rosanova was with our cat, how well she answered our questions and how friendly and kind she was. We are so happy we have a new great vet!

I’ve been taking my dog Milo here since I got him as a puppy and have had positive experiences with every visit we’ve had so far. The staff are all very friendly and Milo loves them, especially Genie! He gets so excited every time we pull in the parking lot because he knows he’ll get lots of pets and treats. He recently tore his dew claw and they were quick to get him in right away and looked at and cared for very quickly which I appreciate very much! Milo says thank you!
