Firstly, I would like to point out that I own the front half of a front/back duplex, and the owners of the back half were not interested in having their half re-roofed. This necessitated additional alternations to clearly define my one-half. Jared Brokop, the owner/manager of Brokop Roofing, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was very responsive throughout the job. Initially he spent time up in my attic and noted a number of things that were not up to today's standards, including no plywood under the shingles, bathroom ventilation pipes that exited into the attic and poor ventilation generally. All of the above were corrected and he installed an Omni Ridge ventilation system. I noted that his team were like a FAMILY and worked like a well-oiled machine -- very professional, courteous, hard working and rendered a very high degree of workmanship. They started promptly each day, and left the property in a tidy and safe condition. It has been my observation that these qualities are a rarity in most trades, in today's world. They brought in a large dumping container for the old shingles and laid down tarps on the ground to catch any falling debris, with special attention to my plants and shrubs below. The grounds were kept clean and organized throughout the two day installation. Once they were finished, they went over my entire driveway with a magnetic sweeper to catch any loose nails, so as to eliminate me experiencing a flat tire. The shingles and labour warranty are fully transferable to any future buyer, which increases my house value. I also noted that his company has an A+ Better Business Rating. UNQUESTIONABLY, I would HIGHLY recommend Brokop Roofing to anyone that is looking for a superior roofing job.

Jared is a pleasure to deal with. He's professional, responsive, accommodating and prices his jobs fairly. We had a leak, which we originally tried to repair; however, when it was determined we needed to replace the roof, Jared walked us through the process. He outlined the required work and broke down the quote in detail for us, then, was flexible and accommodating when scheduling the work. Jared and crew were professional and polite while on site, did high quality work (explaining things as they went), and left the side clean and safe each work day and upon completion of the job. We highly recommend Brokop for your roofing needs.

We are in the process of completing the roofing of our small three unit townhouse strata located in the Rockland area of Victoria. As the attached photo confirms our was a reasonably complex project, and one that was critical to maintaining the ambiance and charm of the property. Extreme care needed to be exercised in order to limit any disruption or damage to the established gardens while meeting timelines that aligned with other trades including painters, new gutters, siding etc. The Strata looked at several companies and received a number of quotes before unanimously agreeing to go with Jared Brokop of Brokop Roofing. He has arranged for other trades on our behalf and co-ordinated work on the site to ensure completion in an orderly manner. His success is because he runs one crew, treats them very well and is personally involved in the project. He is clearly liked and respected by his people all of whom are hard working, well mannered and courteous; something that in todays world seem missing especially in the roofing trade. After starting the project they never missed a day, started promptly and left the site each day in a tidy and safe condition.
