The staff are knowledgeable and provide clear, professional guidance on everything from residential door locks, padlocks, automotive keys and ignitions / door locks. Service is efficient, and parking in the back makes it an easy visit. While Jim isn’t in the shop as often anymore, Simon and Suheil are doing an excellent job running the show.
