Being new in alberta. First time at this clinic, everyone made it so welcoming.. all the staff with "brightsmile".. from receptionist (jamy) to coordinator(carly) to assistant (emily) and dentist (mark) and the other staffs..This one goes in the books for why i would recommend this place and rate it better than the 5star limit google have me max my rating with.. Everyone is so friendly and im glad we came here.. lovely and clean.. experienced it first hand. Highly recommend for everyone to see such great staff.. thank you..

My recent visit to this dental office was truly outstanding. As someone who experiences dental anxiety, I was pleasantly surprised to feel so comfortable during my appointment. From the check up day, Dr. Derek madw sure that I was comfortable, informing me of what needed to be done and my options, the staff, including those at the front desk, consistently displayed warm smiles and a welcoming attitude, showcasing their expertise in their field. Dr. Mark and Emily did an excellent job with my first root canal and crown placement, clearly explaining each step before proceeding. Overall, the experience was exceptional, and I no longer feel as anxious about visiting the dentist.

My family and I have completely switched over to BrightSmile Dental. First of all the entire staff is like a big family and are so happy and willing to help always. The front end girls are easy to deal with and talk too, which is huge. Then the back staff is incredible! Something I’ve noticed is BrightSmile can do most of the work that is needed for my family in clinic, we have never been referred out. I love this! Dr. Mark has made my dental fears almost disappear and I use to have to bring my daughter to Children’s Dental Centre but Dr. Derek made her feel so safe and comfortable that she doesn’t want to go anywhere else. Our trips to the dental office are honestly enjoyable now. I would recommend BrightSmile to all my family and friends!

I love this clinic they are always so helpful and understanding at the front desk and they are very willing to help you out when they can. Dr Mark and Dr Derek has always treated me and my family very good! Jamie has always been able to book around my schedule and there has never been any problems! They removed 4 wisdom teeth from my mouth and they took really good care of me and have been checking in to make sure I heal properly. 15/10 would recommend this clinic to everyone i know!!!!!

I was recommended to this Dental Clinic after my dentist retired. Well I’m extremely impressed. The team are very friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The manager Melodie was very knowledgeable and Crystal who cleaned my teeth was fantastic. I cannot forget Dr Dereck who made some suggestions about my teeth and I followed them and now feel confident about my smile. I highly recommend them and have sent new clients
