My dental hygienist, Amber, was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. She provided oral health education and screenings that I’ve never experienced with any other hygienist before. The care I received was exceptionally thorough, and the staff at Dr. Lam’s office made me feel genuinely welcome. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.

I wanted to share my experience at BrightSmile Dental Clinic. A big thank you to Mitch and Dr. Lam for going above and beyond to help me even when the clinic was closed on a Saturday. Within just an hour, Mitch messaged me back and quickly sent a referral to an oral surgeon. Dr. Lam also personally called me to assess the situation. Thanks to their urgency and genuine concern, I was able to get a consultation with the oral surgeon that same Saturday afternoon, and I had my surgery the very next morning on Sunday. I feel incredibly lucky to be a patient at BrightSmile Clinic. The people who work there truly care it’s not just a business to them. Their compassion and quick action made a huge difference for me. Brightsmile Delta Dental Centre is a hidden gem dental office. Dr. Richard Lam owns and operates his practice. The office is located on the second floor of the Professional Centre in the Scott 72 Centre. There is ample outdoor parking available. The office is quiet and elegant with a children’s waiting area. It is equipped with the latest dental equipments and each dental operatory is spacious, tidy and clean. My first visit was with the Dental Hygienist, Amber, who cleaned my teeth with extreme care and detail. My molars have never felt this smooth after the cleaning :) My second visit was with Dr. Richard Lam who performed the filling procedure. Each step was carefully explained and performed with expertise. The Dental Assistant, Flora, was pleasant and attentive to my needs during the procedure. The Reception Manger, Mitch, is exceptionally knowledgeable with various dental insurance plans. Direct billing to my health plan was done promptly. In addition, Mitch professionally figured out my coverage for my future procedure and gave me a Treatment Plan Proposal to take home to review. Thank you, Dr. Lam and his team for your compassionate and dedicated service. My dental care is in trusted hands at Brightsmile Delta Dental Centre.

Dr. Lam has a gentle hand. He is a master at his craft and I’m glad to have him as my Dentist. I didn’t feel a thing when I had 2 cavities done, not even the freezing needle. The finished product feels natural and proper. Thanks so much.

Dr Lam is a wonderful and kind dentist. He's very knowledgable and does incredible work. He does what best for you the patient and takes his time to explain all procedures. He's very gentle and procedures are virtually painless so much so that I've fallen asleep in the chair during a crown procedure. He's probably the best dentist I've had and I've had a few. Highly recommend Richard Lam.
