Bright North Electric was a new and untried company to us until recently. We reached out to them upon the strong recommendation from another trusted and longstanding electrician who wasn’t available for work we needed. Their communication with us was exceptional. Their personalized attention to our needs, timely and schedule-accommodating service, resourcefulness to find best and most fitting solutions, quality of work and site engagement (finding least disruptive, least destructive, most efficient and close to zero impact) was highly encouraging to us. Ben, Taylor and the Bright North Electric team got our air compressor back up and running with little downtime so that we could keep our business operating. Ben and Taylor knew how much being without a compressor impacted our operation and didn't waste any time sourcing the hard to find parts to complete the repair. They then returned at a later date to install a remote switch to prevent the problem from recurring.

I highly recommend Bright North Electric. They are fast, efficient, and very courteous. They get the job done right the first time. Ben and his team are very professional and they were able to get the work done at our acreage in a timely fashion. Everything went smooth from the time I called them for work to the electronic billing.
