Thanks for great experience specifically to Irah (Dental Hygienist) who did my cleaning. She’s amazing. She did the cleaning process very gentle and light. Cheers to front desk ladies as well. Very helpful and always smiling!

We had an amazing experience with Bridgewater Richmond Dentistry during our last visit. It was a great feeling as we were approached with great hospitality and friendliness despite the remarkable dentistry service. Dr. Smith was extremely patient and incredibly professional and well experienced. And the dental asssitant, Wing was tremendously helpful and knowledgeable. She even patiently helped take pictures of our treatment process. Overall, it was a superb visit to the clinic. A big Thumbs up for Bridgewater Dentistry.

I had such a great experience at this dental clinic! My dentist was very professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Her assistants were kind and attentive, always checking in to make sure everything was okay. The staff at the front desk were also friendly and accommodating — from scheduling to check-in, everything went smoothly. I truly appreciate the care and warmth they all showed. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent dental care and a welcoming atmosphere!

When I first walked into the clinic, I thought it seemed like a regular dental clinic, with a fairly straightforward appearance. But as I spent more time there, I quickly realized I had assessed too soon! The welcoming approach and excellent care truly impressed me further during my visits to the clinic. Dra. Wise Tang, together with Clara, demonstrated outstanding professionalism and teamwork. From the initial planning stages right through to the dental procedure itself, they ensured every step was handled with expertise and attention to detail. Their collaborative approach created a sense of comfort and confidence, making the entire experience both smooth and reassuring. The real value of the Bridgewater Richmond Dentist is far beyond. I had such a great experience at Bridgewater Dentistry in Richmond! Dr. Anita was incredible—she took the time to explain everything clearly about what was going on with my teeth and gums, what treatment she was planning, and gave me helpful recommendations to keep my teeth healthy and strong for the future. I really appreciated how thorough and caring she was throughout the whole process. The vibe of the entire team was amazing. The dental assistant was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. There was another doctor who helped out too—unfortunately I forgot her name—but she was just as fantastic. Everyone worked together so smoothly and made the visit feel relaxed and professional. Highly recommend this clinic if you're looking for a team that genuinely cares and takes the time to make sure you're informed and comfortable. Thanks again to Dr. Anita and the whole crew!
