We had a leak under our kitchen sink and he came quickly to replace both basket strainers. He was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly so we understood exactly what was going on. The repair was done properly and our sink is no longer leaking. What really stood out was his honesty and kindness. He went above and beyond to help us out. As a local neighborhood business owner, he genuinely cares about helping people and not just making a quick dollar, and that integrity is hard to find. Outstanding service from John! When our hot water tank stopped working in freezing temperatures, he showed up within 15 minutes and figured out the issue, John was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. I called John on Monday afternoon (left a message) when we realized our water heater wasn't working. He called me right back and was able to come over Tuesday morning to assess the issue (old tank ready to be replaced). He was able to acquire and install a new tank that day! And he was also willing to install two new exterior faucets while he was here. He also took a look at a few other projects and gave me advice re what needed done and what type of professional to call, since those aren't jobs he will do. John is a clear, thorough communicator, efficient, professional, clean and organized. I was very happy with the quality of his workmanship and the level of service, and would hire John again.

John was great. I have an old house with a cellar door and steep stairs. First feat was finding a water tank that would fit, then getting the old one out and new one in. John found a tank in my budget, and together we got those tanks through. John was friendly and professional and the project turned out perfect.
