I absolutely love this place. My son was ready to throw away his expensive white jacket because it was extremely dirty, but Jane worked her magic and made it look brand new again. Her prices are very reasonable, and I honestly can’t express how thankful I am. Brentwood Cleaners rocks!!!

I’ve given this place multiple chances because the location is convenient for me, but after today, I’m done. I genuinely can’t recommend this business to anyone. It’s extremely clear that the people running it don’t care about quality, client needs, or basic professionalism. They will take your items, ruin them, and still charge you for it. This time, I brought in a duvet with a cat pee stain and very clearly explained—multiple times—that I wasn’t looking for dry cleaning specifically; I needed them to do whatever was necessary to remove both the stain and the smell. I repeated this at least three times because the woman helping me kept interrupting me and didn’t seem to actually be listening. She assured me they could handle it. When I picked it up today, she casually mentioned it “might still smell a bit” and charged me anyway. When I opened the package, it reeked. I immediately went back. She refunded me, but then explained they “only do dry cleaning” and that odours “sometimes don’t come out.” That information would have been extremely useful before taking my duvet—especially when I was specifically asking about it. She then claimed that “no place in the city can clean that.” Lady, please. Now I’m stuck buying a new duvet because they used a heated dry-cleaning method on cat urine—something you’d expect an actual cleaning business to know not to do. And honestly, this isn’t my first disappointment with them. I’ve brought in items to be sewn and they’ve come back with sloppy stitching or thread in a completely different color, making the repair painfully obvious and basically defeating the purpose. I don’t write negative reviews lightly. I understand when a place simply can’t offer a certain service. But the combination of poor workmanship, lack of transparency and integrity, and complete disregard for people’s time and money is something I can’t overlook anymore. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I brought a pre-owned wool blend coat to be dry cleaned. The staff were friendly, and the pricing was transparent and reasonable. However, the coat didn’t seem as clean as expected; it returned with the same awkward smell and was still full of lint, which made me question whether it was treated thoroughly.
