When I came in I showed the artist what I wanted and I have back a week later to have my tattoo done and he showed me the design he had made and it was not at all what I wanted and told him then showed him again what I was wanting he got really upset and just did the exact same tattoo I had for an idea of what I wanted it to look like but it was done soo horribly I was so disappointed and sad This was a tattoo that was supposed to be for my auntie who passed away.

Great shop for piercing. Cherish is awesome. I have seen her three times for downsizing the post on a helix piercing (twice!) and changing out the end. Her process is super clean, hygienic, and informed. I had my piercing done while I was in Ottawa and she wanted to cross check where and with who I had it done to make sure that I was pierced by a qualified professional. She also wouldn't change out the end for something I purchased on Etsy because she couldn't guarantee the quality and material it was supposed to be was legit. I totally appreciate and respect her care for both these things. Very professional. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at Brass Eagle Tattoo getting my ears pierced. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. I was a bit nervous, but they explained everything clearly and were super professional the whole way through. A huge shoutout to Cherish, who did my piercing—she was incredibly kind, patient, and made sure everything was absolutely perfect. You can tell she really cares about doing a great job and making clients feel confident and safe. The place was clean, the vibe was great, and the service was top-tier. It might’ve been a little on the pricier side, but 100% worth it for the quality and care I received. Thank you again to everyone there—I love my new piercings!

I have now received four tattoos from Paul and I am beyond happy! He's done several different styles, and does very well with animals, especially dogs. I have three tribute tattoos from him, and two cover ups. It's always a great experience, fair price and he's a very fast artist so the pain is over quicker than with most 😜

Had the most amazing experience here. The staff was extremely accommodating and very friendly and Ryan did my ear piercing as well as my sister and friend and they took my friend in last minute too which was amazing. Ryan was excellent with explaining everything and he was very calming and friendly and made the experience EXTREMELY enjoyable for us. He was always checking in and made me feel SO comfortable and he was so engaged and present it was so amazing! He made sure each of our piercings was precise and done properly and I have never had a better experience with piercings or customer service so thank you Ryan!!
