We’ve used BR a few times over the last couple of years and have always been very happy with the work they’ve done for us! Most recently, with the plumbing and appliance installation for our kitchen renovation. Kenny was a super helpful guy to deal with! His guys were always super clean and very expert with their work. We’ve been using BR Plumbing since we purchased our home 3 years ago. They’ve installed new toilets for us, installed a BBQ gas line, fixed our fire place, and now our furnace. Came highly recommended by a family member and it was easy to see why! Our furnace broke down middle of the night on the coldest day of the year….they were here in an hour (and out of their normal service radius). Courteous and professional in every way and absolutely HONEST. They saved me money with their honesty (really didn’t need to replace a certain component even though it was scheduled and quoted) ; and when you aren’t an expert in the field, an honest opinion is worth its weight in GOLD. I would absolutely and also highly recommend BR for all of your HVAC needs!! Very happy and now definitely a lifetime customer 😊 WELL DONE!

We had a great experience with BR Plumbing! We had a toilet leak that we thought we fixed ourselves.... 2 weeks later, its back. Plus we had a shower leak. We had never hired a plumber before (first time house owners). The guys were easy to contact, very friendly, and had us booked in as soon as possible. Caleb came to our house in the morning. He was super friendly, professional, and took the time to listen to our issues and then later explained how he fixed everything for us. He even showed us pictures of the issues and repair. When he left, there was no sign that all this work was done, everything was very clean. We couldn't be happier with this experience. We'll definitely call them again if we have any issues. I 100% recommend their services.
