I recently brought my Hyundai Santa Fe to Boyd and had an excellent experience. The service was fast, professional, and very friendly. Kevin, the manager, was especially kind and helpful throughout the whole process. I also appreciated that they made an effort to use genuine parts whenever possible. Highly recommended!

Great service, especially from Jackson. They were all very friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond their duties. My Dad recently damaged his car. Even though they know that the car is too old (2001 Acura), they still helped to patch it up in the meantime. Very grateful for all the help. Convenient that Enterprise is next door. And Jackson and staff can also speak Cantonese. Definitely would recommend this place. 👍

Took my car in to repair a door ding. Upon pickup, multiple defects in Boyd's paint workmanship were noted and acknowledged by Boyd, including what appeared to be dust trapped in the clear coat, and what was described by a Boyd representative as "fish eye", which Google suggested was due to contamination during the painting process. They then took the car back in to polish these defects out while I waited, but returned the car for inspection covered in water so that neither myself nor the representative could assess the quality and completeness of the repair work. The Boyd representative stated they would "help me out" if there were any further issues that arose once I got the car home and dried off. I'm curious what mindset would characterize fixing defects in workmanship and a lack of due care in quality control as "helping someone out". Upon getting the car home, further issues were noted, including overspray on trim pieces, more fish eye defects, and orange peel.
