Do not recommend due to a lack of honesty by the owner... I booked a vehicle in for a catalytic converter replacement. After a week of waiting for parts the owner advised that there was a delay with the parts as they arrived "broken". After another month of waiting i asked for an update and he said that they were on their way and stop checking in as he will ring me to advise when they are in. 6 months later and no reply. Obviously thought the job was too hard after the quoting the works and instead of being honest he just kept making excuses.

I am new at this area. Nobody recommended me this place. It is nearby my place that is why it is my first option. Despite my hesitation, it exceeded my expectations. Customer service was excellent. Answers all my questions and concerns. Price range for its services were reasonable. Thank you for your assistance!

Bowen has serviced our car twice now and both times shown great knowledge and fairness. They didn't charge anything for a ten min bulb installation for our first time using their services which I appreciated because some shops will still charge you for half hour. So after my partner went to another shop and they were trying to upcharge to 2k I knew we needed to go back to them. Turned out to be a $500 job. It's hard to find good, quick mechanics who are honest, unfortunately, but I believe these guys are! Thank you!
