The level of exceptional care given by doctors and staff here is truly reassuring. From the welcome at the door to leaving, I am always satisfied regarding my little dog’s care. Dr.Kassam and his staff have saved my dogs more than I thought possible. Just today I had to reluctantly leave my remaining little girl for a serious dental procedure and not only did Dr. Kassam’s assistant come in early to assist (it was her day off and my dog really trusts her) but so did Dr. Kassam. Although I’m worried, as any pet parent would be , I’m assured that I will fetch her in a couple of hours and she’ll give me a happy smile. Thank you very much Dr Kassam and Theresa. Client S.C.

Had a registration/check up with Dr. Kassam. I have never experienced such bare minimum effort with medications being thrown at my wallet for an itchy issue my cat is going through. When trying to figure out my cat’s itchy issue, Dr Kassam asked the rhetorical question, am I the Doctor or are you? Right there and then I knew Dr. Kassam was not the right vet for me.

Dr Kassam has saved my cats life twice. There is no one else that I would trust with my pets. Hes done so much for my little dog as well. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. Dr Kassam genuinely cares about his clients and their fur babies. I can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for me and all my fur babies! Can’t recommend him enough!

Best Vet in the town!!!! My cat Leon suffered from FORL and required tooth extraction. The process was so stressful for both Leon and our family, but all Doctors and staffs were fantastic. All of them are super knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. I’ve never had such phenomenal experiences from anywhere before. Leon fully recovered from the surgery!! Our family and Leon wants to thank you again to everyone in the hospital. 😻

Caring and passionate staff that love animals. Knowledgeable and experiencee concise honorable doctor sir. Did not charge for syringes for the cat A/D food. The building parking is not super easy. They called to inform regarding updates positive and negative and to confirm before proceeding with tasks not included in estimates.
