Words can’t express how grateful and proud I am to be able to attend such a great dance and fitness studio. Bounce Bac has amazing instructors who have a passion to teach/train. I get to choose what classes I want to attend whether it be Zumba, Bhangra, aerobics or Gopikas kick butt Booty Band..I can schedule my class last minute with no hassle which is great when my work schedule changes.. Overall I am so glad I joined Bounce Bac!

This class is amazing and feel like a small family.....Gopika's bollywood sessions and Zumba sessions are extremely energetic.....The owners are super welcoming and make you feel at home from day 1 . ...... I would totally recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good time , have some needed blood flow , sweat out some toxins while having fun...

I had been looking for a dance/fitness class am I ever glad i found bounce bac the classes are fun and full of energy. Ajay was great and made me feel welcome and then when i met some of the other instructors were very attentive and helpful. I am definite made the right choice as i am having a blast in the classes....

I really enjoy going to Bounce Bac because they offer a variety of fitness sessions, including Yoga, Zumba, and Bollywood classes. The instructors are so passionate about what they do and they really know how to make the classes fun and engaging. The music is always upbeat and the routines are easy to follow, even if you're a beginner. Everyone is so friendly and supportive, and it's a really welcoming environment for people of all fitness levels. Overall, I would highly recommend this fitness place to anyone looking for a fun and effective way to stay in shape.

Words cannot express how happy I am attending classes at Bounce Bac. Gopika's classes are amazing!! So much fun, great music & an absolute great workout! The energy she brings is infectious!!! Thank you for having me and I look forward to my next class 😀
