Holy smokes these guys are great! Hot water heater bit the dust unexpectedly in the evening and these guys were immediately responsive with a new quote and install booking in less than hour. Next day I had a new hot water heater installed by two great lads who were respectful and professional. They arrived on time and were done in two hours. Process for payment was easy online. Would use these guys again for sure.

I had a great experience with Boss Plumbing installing a heater in my garage. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. This team is amazing! Our furnace was giving us problems over the last few weeks. I called and got an appointment for the next day and promptly received a text message with that notification. Kyle arrived on time and was super knowledgeable and confident. It didn't take him long to discover what the problem was. In a short amount of time he was on his way to the next trouble shoot. Thanks Boss! I'll continue recommending you guys for others.

I am thoroughly impressed and grateful for Boss Plumbing and Garrett. I’ve had multiple issues with our HVAC system and plumbing. Each time I’ve reached out to Garrett I have been met with the highest professionalism, integrity and follow through. He was patient with me and took the time to listen and fully attend to each situation I presented him with. It was similar to calling up a good friend who was there to take care of me in a very sincere and caring way. This was then backed up by technicians being sent who were efficient, very knowledgeable and excellent at what they do. Each time they arrived to deal with the different issues I was having, including; heat not working, leaking pipes, blocked drains and sinks not draining properly they were able to repair and resolve the problems with efficiency and in a timely manner. Nathan was particularly awesome with his expertise with the work he did! Thank you Garrett, Nathan and Boss Plumbing!!!

Man, you want to talk about amazing service?! From the moment I requested the quote to the completion of the install, the Boss Plumbing team was fabulous! Garrett walked me through the quote and provided me answers quickly when I had them later on and emailed. Chadi and Luke are outstanding installers and again answered any questions that I had.
