Wow!! Ivan, front desk, Danny, owner and there team were awesome. And great honest people. They pulled off what I thought was impossible. They did major work on my old Murano and ordered extremely hard to find parts for it, at the click of a mouse. They must work with great supply chains. It was like magic that they could turn a lemon into sweet mango. The best of all was the price because in the end, I feel good that I did not salvage this vehicle. It now drives and runs awesome like never before!!!

Spent some time choosing a transmission shop and all roads pointed to Boss Automotive and have never been happier with the decision. Having dealt with the owner Danny and Ivan at the front I now know why. I have received courteous. prompt. and honest service. They fully listened to customer issue and asked for clarification, followed by assessing what is needed to get done in order to get you out the door and back on the road again with charging the least price possible. An initial visit did not resolve an issue that needed trouble shooting. A follow up visit was to install a transmission sensor that was believed to be the issue. I purchased what I thought was the correct OEM part only to find out a speed sensor and an input speed sensor and I'm guessing output sensor is not the same. The correct speed sensor part was provided by Boss, installed and car was road tested again. Upon paying for the service was informed there will be no charge for today. Unheard of courtesy! Maybe trying to also make me feel better for pre-purchase of OEM part I made at dealership before heading to Boss - which was not the brightest idea in hindsight without confirmation of actual OEM They have a loyal customer base and I will be joining the list Highest recommendation for Danny and crew. Many thanks for your above and beyond customer service.

This shop was recommended by the most honest garage in Delta Brian's Automotive and I was not disappointed. Boss was able to work on my car immediately. The quote was accurate. They tried for the easy less expensive fix which they told me to monitor for leaks over the next week. I'm very pleased with Boss Automotive and will return.

Danny & Team at Boss Transmissions took good care while rebuilding the transmission from my 2003 Volkswagen EuroVan. I appreciated the updates through out the project.
