Paul was recommended by my friend who has had work done on a couple of projects, and he was completely satisfied with Paul's work. My friend had not even met Paul! And Paul did not disappoint. I had a water tank problem that needed attention and Paul was good enough to come promptly to fix it as there was no hot water He came late afternoon and worked to the night to have it fully installed. I am impressed by his work ethics, kind and pleasant demeanour. Very detailed and thorough in his task. Taught me a few things too about workings of hot water system. It was my fault that there was a discrepancy over our mode of payment settlement, however Paul went away very pleased and happy when it was quickly corrected.
