Had an issue with Carbon monoxide and monday morning they showed up,friday a new Lennox furnace were installed. A/C service check,replacing duct,They were so kind to squeeze me in whatever services I needed. Great and Professional service Shield Mechanical team.

They were prompt to fix our heater in the cold weather. He explained what was wrong and even gave us tips on how to maintain the furnace ourselves. A great experience with them.

My AC quit when it was blistering hot out last summer. The knowledgeable Techs and parts guys were able to trouble shoot the issue, get the parts and get it fixed up in no time! A week ago they were also able to diagnose my furnace issue over the phone and got my furnace working again same day. Great, prompt and professional service! 100% recommend calling these guys if you have any HVAC issues.

I called Shield Mechanical after calling another heating and Plumping company in Lloyd due to my furnace not running. I had the problem diagnosed by the first place I called and found I needed to have a part replaced, that they didn’t have and wouldn’t be able to even order until Monday, this was a Friday, then however long to wait for the part to arrive after being ordered, I was looking at almost a week without heat…. I was told I should have called Shield… So I called their on call number and talked to Matt, who went out of his way on a Friday evening to check if they had the part I needed at no charge to me. Then Fred called me and I explained my situation and he also went over and above to offer me all the heaters I would need to keep my house from damage, sent Matt to my house to be sure the diagnosis was right before ordering the part and got the part needed for the following morning. They cared much more then the other guys about making sure my house was gonna have the proper heat until the furnace was fixed and then by 11am Saturday morning my furnace was up and running again. And they did all that for less then what it was gonna cost me to wait for the “other guys” even with the $149 call out fee I still owe the first company, it still cost me less. I 100% recommend Shield Mechanical. Friendly and down to earth to talk to, reasonable rates, quick and efficient service and will go the extra mile to ensure your taken care of. Matt and Fred were both awesome to deal with and I’m couldn’t be happier with there service. I will without hesitation use them again.
