Moving out to BC from Ontario, I’ve had to re-establish new service providers, including any health and beauty services. I’ve tried many clinic within Burnaby and Coquitlam areas, and Bonne Vie is by far my go-to for botox, facials, and pretty much everything now. Environment and staff are extremely warm and inviting, they truly care about your wellbeing and are very knowledgeable. Bonne Vie also has really great monthly promotions on products and services and if you’re a member, even greater value on services! One of the best clinics I’ve been to in Canada and will not go anywhere else in the lower mainland. 10/10, highly recommend. Thank you!😊

I’ve been coming to this clinic in Coquitlam for a while now, and Veronika is absolutely amazing! She’s always so friendly, chatty, and makes you feel at ease. I did Botox with her, and she made the whole experience so comfortable. She gives great recommendations, and I completely trust her advice.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience getting filler at BVM! Nurse Erin was professional, kind and really took the time to explain everything. The results are exactly what I hoped for- natural, refreshed and subtle, but still a noticeable improvement. I feel so much more confident and comfortable in my own skin now. I highly recommend Erin to anyone considering filler!

On Monday I was in class (for paramedic school) and told I needed TB skin test results by Thursday to participate in observation / precepting. During my lunch break I called about 10-15 places who simply told me it wasn’t possible and was asking for my full name, email, cell number before understanding my conditions. Finally I was very fortunate to speak with “CJ” on the phone. She immediately listened to my situation and was super helpful and went above and beyond to fit my needs. I also needed the appointment to be after my class and she was able to accommodate that as well as my second appointment before Thursday so I’d have my results on time. Safe to say I have my second appointment booked for after class on Wednesday so long as my test comes back good I’m all set with my results before Thursdays deadline. Which leaves me very happy and satisfied with the clinic. I’m super thankful for all the staff including the one who took my test, Veronica, who was very supportive and professional. She explained the entire process and gave me advice which is totally opposite of my last experience having this test a different clinic which they never spoke a word to me. Once again special thank you to CJ who stayed on call and put me on hold multiple times trying to solve my problem throughout a 40+ minute call. Thanks to everyone! Definitely recommend to anyone reading this. It was my first time at this clinic and everyone who was leaving and entering had a smile on their face! Impressed

Following this, I had the enhanced photo facial treatment, which included cleansing, laser, and a mask.
