One of the most positive environments I have ever experienced. Every trainer has an amazing upbeat personality. Shayna is Brilliant. In the first session, after a brief assessment, she was able to identify every area I had injured in my youth. I am pain free for the first time in twenty something years thanks to her amazing training methods. I would not have been able to stay on track if it was not for her positivity and encouragement. This gym is a goldmine of knowledgeable, professional, and supportive trainers.

Bodyco is a very friendly place with great coaches. I get the helps I needed such as improvement, injury prevention and supplementary exercises for injury recovery. I stands 6'3 and I was 260 pounds before I took the classes (late 2018). At this moment I am about 235 pounds with vastly improved strength and agility. Simply put, training here is one of the greatest changes in my life.

I had so much fun working out at Bodyco fitness. You feel as you are part of the family and it is a big family. everyone is nice, fun, kind and encouraging. All the trainers are professionals and help you achieve your goals. Highly recommend it.

This is a really well set-up gym, clean and well-maintained. The trainers are friendly and very knowledgeable, and it's a fun environment to train in with zero judgement for your level of fitness. It's also surprisingly affordable given the quality of both the equipment and the training on offer - highly recommended.

Love coming to workout here with my personal trainer Sofia! Quality machines 👌🏼 Gym is clean, always wiped down before and after use. Personal music playlists to get you pumped 💪🏼👊🏻 Everyone is so friendly. Makes for a great, fun time while working out!
