I would not recommend Bobs Autobody. Its hard to come by an honest accountable shop and this is not one of them. We started an SGI claim through Bobs Autobody & SGI in March, parts were ordered April 16th and parts came in April 24th. The car was in for longer that originally expected (all good). They took our Toyota to Ford, we were then told they didn't have all the parts and it needed more so they would order parts and have it come back in later but the car was still useable in the meantime. We received the car back and the translucent plastic for the climate controls in the interior was all marred up like it was cleaned with the wrong product or the wrong cloth (how it happened is insignificant, it was an accident clearly). It was taken back right away to show them the damages and they admitted to wiping it but claimed it must be moisture behind or something and they will look again later when it comes back (you can see where this is going). It was clearly on the outside of the plastic and it took about two seconds to prove that with a spray of water... Anyways 6 months into this minor bumper claim (August) after contacting them asking what's up with these new parts they bring the car back in (wild that we had to reach out). They repaired the car but deny the interior damages. It did not enter their hands like that and now we are left with a damaged interior and they fully deny it was them. They also blamed the length of time (6 months) on parts... I've ordered obscure Toyota parts for a 2013 FRS out of country and Jill from Toyota has never taken more than 2 weeks so I find that hard to believe (this is a 2020 Rav 4). Also, we had to reach out in August to ask what was going on as it was unbelievable that this claim started in March and its now August and the car still wasn't fixed and the interior was still damaged (so I don't think we can blame parts at this point). So, we are left with a damaged interior panel, are very dissatisfied with the length of time this all took, and the fact that we has to reach out multiple times to get the ball rolling. In summary, Bob's Autobody was not accountable. I wouldn't trust them to repair my vehicle. Our claim was neglected, and having worked in the automotive industry, not being accountable and fixing this mistake is unacceptable behavior, but I guess that's what you'd expect from a shop who neglected the claim itself in the first place.

If I could give more stars I would have. We were the lucky recipients of a hit and run and was given a date by SGI almost 2 months away in the middle of a -45° cold snap. We were unable to get a hold of SGI but one call to Kelly at bobs was all it took. He came he looked at the car, he got the ball rolling for us, he got the car in to be fixed in days and gave us a loaner van! In a very unfortunate situation it was so great to be taken care of the way bobs auto body did. 100% recommend them.

The guys were friendly and helpful , accommodating and they knew what they were doing. I will recommend Bob's Autobody to anyone!

I had my 2012 wrx fixed up by these guys only took them three days. I gave them the car dirty and they gave it back crisp and clean. Looked showroom ready, they do excellent work I recommend these guys to everyone!!!
