We used online service to book appointments for 3 people. Got notice from email to confirm. Not just once several different days. When we got there they ask us if we had appointments. We said yes. Not thinking anything else. Our appointments were for 100. We finally got served at 245. Yes we stay really like the people there and how they did our nails. This was our second time going. I highly suggest Not use the on line service to book appointments. They gave us gift card to say sorry.

I walked in today at BN to do my Nails, & I had the pleasure of meeting Jesica, she was absolutely amazing and super kind. She made sure I was beyond satisfied. I will surely go back there again soon. Thank you Jessica ❤️

I’ve never gotten a pedicure or a manicure before and today I visited BN Nails and Spa and got both services. The staff were very nice, friendly and professional and did exactly what I envisioned based on photos I showed. The whole process was very relaxing and I felt very pampered. I will definitely be coming back. I’m excited to try new nail styles and colours

I wish I could give Jessica 10 stars! She did my nails today and truly exceeded my expectations. Her work is beautiful, clean, and exactly what I wanted. On top of that, she’s such a kind and friendly person, which made the whole experience even better. I felt really comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. I’m definitely coming back to her again, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for amazing service and great energy.

My daughter and I went for Mani/Pedi’s, the place is beautifully decorated, has all new pedi chairs/equipment and has extremely friendly staff. We love our nails and will definitely continue going back!
