I had the pleasure this morning to follow one of their service trucks. Well, actually not pleasure at all… he was driving what looked to be almost double the speed limit and then when he was stopped at a light, threw a lit cigarette out the window. Please do better, speeding is one thing, but possibly setting a fire is another. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to stay far away from this business from now on.

Kevin, the plumber, did a great job fixing my hot water supply issue with the bathroom sink. Quick to isolate the problem, and tidy workmanship with the fix.

Amazing company. After Mr. Rooter Burnaby decided to rip me off and claim that I needed to dig out my back yard for a small blockage I gave these guys a call. The owner took his time and went over the issue with me and sent out a crew the next day. The two gentleman that came out the next day were super kind and solved my problem right away. Turns out Mr.Rooter Burnaby had no idea what they were doing. While they were there I had them blow out some drain lines and they worked super hard and did a great job. I am so thankful to this company for being honest and solving my backyard blockage issue. Amazing experience all around and very fair pricing and great staff.

I needed to unclog the pipe in my kitchen. Simple job but required plumber’s auger. Despite a low rating on Google, I hired them because the job was simple, they offered to come in one hour or so and the rate was competitive. After the job had been done, I needed to call them several times to receive an invoice (they request your CC in advance and can charge prior to submitting an invoice). Finally, after almost a week waiting, the invoice was sent to me. Unfortunately, they overcharged me. I addressed this issue immediately with the Office. They refused to correct the invoice. At issue is the technician’s travel time charge which was not part of their offer. Their price sheets indicates that travel charge applies only to out of town calls. This was not the case with me. This company’s conduct and pricing is not transparent to say the least. I will not hire them in the future and do not recommend their services. Based on my poor experience with them, a low rating they received from reviewers is well deserved.

i have been using a Blue Mountain Services for the last 8 years for a different plumbing issues in our house. i found them reliable and accommodating. We found the repairmen sent from this company knowledgeable, courteous, and doing a quality job. We never had any issues after the job was completed. it was done in a timely matter and well. i would definitely recommend the Blue Mountain Services to anyone, they won't be disappointed.
