We bring both of our cats here and the vet is so friendly and kind, and the staff are extremely nice. It’s a cute little clinic and very calm.

The vet dismissed our concerns, gave no antibiotics, and showed no compassion or communication. We had to rush her to another clinic where she finally got proper IV and oral antibiotics. Zero stars.

Dr. Im is an amazing veterinarian! He’s incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his work. Dr. Im is always honest when it comes to test recommendations, procedures, and treatments as he explains everything clearly and only suggests what’s truly necessary. The staff at BMPAH are also consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience. Thank you, Dr. Im & his team for all the care and compassion you’ve shown my dog!

Disappointed by Unprofessional Response I purchased a Hill’s Prescription Diet i/d Digestive Care (Chicken & Vegetable Stew) canned food from this veterinary clinic, trusting the product and the professional setting in which it was sold. Unfortunately, upon opening the can, I discovered multiple black foreign particles that clearly do not belong in pet food. Photos were taken as evidence and shared with the clinic immediately. What made the situation worse was the clinic’s disappointing and unprofessional response: • They told me a refund would only be possible if the manufacturer confirms fault. Even with clear photo evidence, they refused to take any responsibility or provide a refund themselves. This is a clear attempt to shift blame onto the manufacturer instead of handling the issue proactively as the point of sale. •They never asked if my cat had consumed the food or experienced any health symptoms. This is shocking, especially since this is a prescription product intended for pets with digestive issues. The fact that they showed no concern about the potential health risks to my pet was incredibly irresponsible. • They denied all responsibility as the seller. Although this is a product that is sold exclusively through veterinary clinics, they acted as though they were merely a middleman with no obligation to assist. As a paying customer, I expected a much more responsible and caring response from a veterinary facility. While I’m currently in contact with Hill’s Canada regarding the product itself, I felt the clinic staff’s response needed to be addressed here. I purchased this product specifically because it was sold through a vet, assuming a higher level of quality control and after-sales support. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled has made me lose trust in this clinic.

June 23: My Skip just passed last week. I have to question this vet in never suspecting metastatic lung cancer! Since January I’ve spent over $5,000 on visits & meds treating all his symptoms (of which I just found out, after I googled because of his passing)! Every year I had Skip’s blood work taken so I could keep ahead of anything. His pancreas numbers were up, and I always asked why he coughed so much, always was brushed off the question. Just before leaving on vacation, the vet suggested I have an ultrasound taken to which I asked a copy of the results sent to me. He was confirmed anemic, allergies & pancreatitis and given meds again, consistently prescribed every visit with antibiotics! My pet sitter had to take him to emergency and with an X-ray he was diagnosed with lung cancer. I have to question either his competence (or lack) or milking me? I DO NOT recommend this hospital.
