Kim was amazing, and is definitely an asset to the company with her professional, friendly demeanor. Oleksii was on time, personable and efficient. After a long and frustrating search for a competent plumber, I am so relieved to have found Blue Moon Plumbers. We have a fairly complicated system, and my past experiences with other companies have been a nightmare of no-shows, incomplete work, surprise fees, and recurring problems. Most recently, we had a Delta faucet that had been "repaired" twice in the last eight months by other plumbers but still never worked properly. The team from Blue Moon came in and the difference was night and day. They were true professionals—punctual, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly assessed our entire system, serviced all the equipment, and permanently fixed the Delta faucet that no one else could. They worked cleanly and left the area spotless. If you are tired of the runaround and want the job done right the first time, I cannot recommend Blue Moon Plumbers highly enough. They have earned a customer for life.

We called Blue Moon Plumbing for our water leak. The plumber, Oleksii, arrived in 90 minutes. He was friendly and able to determine the cause of our leak and quickly repair it. His investigation and immediate repair mitigated the amount of water damage to our home. Our insurance company was quite pleased with the response, quality of work and the investigative information provided.

We were referred to you by another member of our complex after another company failed to give us an estimate they'd promised. It was a fortuitous happening. After contacting Blue Moon, arrangements were made to come and provide an estimate. On time, two employees, Les and Brendan, arrived. They were very pleasant and told us what they do and we'd be receiving an estimate within a week. True to their word, the estimate arrived, it was reasonable, so we contracted you to continue. A wise choice as Les and Brendan were the plumbers who would do the work. Throughout their efforts, they told us what they were doing, why, and for some alterations to walls, would it be OK. All our interactions were most cordial and informative. It was a pleasure to deal with them both. We have no hesitation to recommend Blue Moon, and especially, Les and Brendan. Thank you.

MY wife called and asked for energy star they said they didn't have any. She asked several times and then said she would call back. I called and said I saw on their website they carry energy star and what do you know they all the sudden had some. They inflate the price of the tank by the same amount as the rebate so they essentially are taking your rebate. We were quoted maximum 2 hours and it took four. Their website said they are clean and wear uniforms as well as arrive with a fully equipped van. The guy walked through our house with muddy work boots on did not have a uniform and had to leave twice to go get parts. He messed up the drip drain and said he was leaving me a piece of flex tube so I could fix it and then charged me $50 for the tube. My wife had to email several times to even get the correct invoice. Would not recommend Would not use again
