In December 2025, we had insulation and new vinyl siding added to our 1970’s house. For major house projects, we usually get three quotes. After meeting with Lisa and visiting Blue Jay Exterior Renovation’s showroom, we felt comfortable with not getting additional quotes. Blue Jay Exterior Renovation has the best customer service we have ever experienced and made the process easy and positive. The whole Blue Jay team was professional, efficient (resolving any issues quickly), pro-active (offers solutions for our brick columns) and were in constant communication during the installation phase. Since adding the insulation and Tyvek our house feels draft free and cozy, and the new siding increased the curb appeal. We were a bit apprehensive about getting the work done in December, but Spenser, Tyler and Sherwood did a fantastic job. Bjorn was fantastic to work with, and we appreciated his attention to details and knowledge. Our only regret is that we did not hire Blue Jay Exterior Renovation to do the work years ago!

Blue Jay just completed a full siding renovation on my house. From the initial consultation to the recent walkthrough to discuss what needs to be completed in Spring when the snow is gone, this team have been incredible and have gone above and beyond my expectations. Don't even bother getting a consultation anywhere else. Blue Jay are the best in the Edmonton area.

As a single mom making major reno decisions solo, the process can be stressful and overwhelming. Blue Jay was recommended to me when I was getting my parging redone, and I’m so happy they were! Our house was originally the grey siding photo. Although there was nothing wrong with the overall appearance, the original install was poor and starting to fail. We were one wind storm away from loosing a good portion of our siding. We were also looking for a change. Enter team Blue Jay Exterior Renovations. The Blue Jay team was amazing from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough. We met a few times with Paul during the consultation process. He encouraged us to get a few quotes from other companies. We received quotes from a few other siding companies even though Blue Jay was not the cheapest, but we ended up going with Blue Jay. After meeting with the Bleu Jay team we felt the most comfortable with them. We made the right decision! From the start to finish of the project, Bjorn, Sherwood, and Dimitri were in continuous contact with us. There were daily check ins - either in person or by email. If we had any questions they were addressed promptly. They always invoiced according to actual progress. Final payment was not asked for until they were actually 100% done. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding. We are extremely happy with final product. We would highly recommend Blue Jay Exterior Renovations for your next exteriors project.
