I would never normally leave a review like this. I hate writing negative reviews but this is truly an extreme case. We had been loyal clients of this clinic for more than eight years before our little Scottie Spielberg received a terminal diagnosis and only then did we learn that to this clinic we were just some clients with just some dog. Leaving a dying dog overnight without pain medication because a technician calls one minute before closing to tell us they had filled a prescription for pills and forcing a suffering puppy to spend the night in hell. Done. Refusing to help with stomach issues shortly before euthanasia. Also done.
If I express dissatisfaction, they jump to defend their staff, sparing no words. “I’m sorry you feel that way.” Oh, please, save that corporate speak for someone else.
Right now as I am waiting for my dog’s in-home euthanasia appointment do you know what I am doing. Trying home remedies on my own at my own risk to bring him even a little relief. Thank you for the excellent care.
If it were possible I would give this clinic minus five stars.

Thank you to Dr. Murphy and team for always taking such good care of Cheeto. Dr. Murphy's extremely knowledgeable and always takes his time to answer all of our questions and walk us through the treatment options. The facility is also extremely clean and Cheeto always seem at ease when we visit. They are also very consistent with follow-ups and check-ins.

** UPDATE: Blue Cross has since reached out to me, and did offer to cover the expense of a second round of this test. We were able to get it done in a timely manner. **
I have never been so disappointed by a veterinary service in my life. I am not the kind of person to leave negative reviews, but the disrespect I feel from Blue Cross is overwhelming.
My family has trusted Blue Cross with the care of our dog for a while now, and trusted their advice and guidance in importing our little furry girl into Australia. The team here mislead us, took advantage of our money, and wasted months of our time, which has now left my family having to pay full cost, once again, for almost $1000 of vaccinations and tests on top of putting us in the position of preparing to be separated from our dog for up to 6 months.
I have spoken with the team with all the respect I have in my heart, attempted to level with them, and have asked for any compensation back since we have to re-do all the tests that they advised and pushed us to do on the spot. This was met with an absolute final answer of "no", letting us know that they expect us to pay full amounts for any further services or re-do's. They charged us for multiple "pet exams" every time we came in, without our consent. And when I let them know that they should not be advising people on this matter, pushing people to make expensive decisions on the spot, and not posing as informed... they let me know that I should have done my research instead of trusting them. They are a vet... the ones that we expect to go to when doing our research.
I understand that veterinary care is a business, and that our deep love for our animals can sometimes be exploited. But I never expected to feel so disrespected, dismissed, and taken advantage of by people we trusted with our pet’s well-being.
I will never give them another dime. And I honestly don't think anyone should. The lack of care, respect and empathy for my family has been astounding. I urge others to think twice before putting your trust, and your pet, in their hands.

We’ve been taking our 2 year old corgi to Blue Cross since he was a puppy. We’ve yet to have a less than fabulous experience. We’ve seen a couple doctors, all very transparent and knowledgable. Our corgi loves the staff and the primo treats, and waits patiently for them in the waiting room.

Blue Cross was awesome, and Miss Staples aka Lil' Maniac loved it as well! The last vet I went to wouldn't let you be there while the cat is examined, but this place there was no issue!
