Let me start off by saying I am a nail tech so I am very picky about where I go to get my pedicures done, but I had a lovely experience at Blossom Nails. I walked in and was greeted by very friendly staff. They offered me complimentary coffee, tea or water. They also had wine which you could purchase which I thought was a nice touch. The salon was very clean and well taken care of. The pedicure chairs were very comfortable. They pedicure They gave me was amazing. They had orange slices in the water and mixed the oranges in with the scrub that they used on my legs. It was very pleasant. A few of the ladies came to talk to me during my service and were all very friendly and made me feel welcome. I definitely enjoyed my experience and will be back for my next pedicure.

My daughter and I booked pedis at Blossom in January and found the atmosphere so relaxing compared to where we had been going. Instead of being rushed in, through, and out, care was taken in giving us the personalized attention and great product that you pay for, and it was less expensive than where we’d been going. We’ll definitely be back! I had the French pedicure and this was Jan. 10th. Still look great!

Super disappointed to be changing my review but after only 3 days my nails are already chipped. I hadnt even gone to work or done anything around the house. I was on days off and had only been relaxing. Im pretty sure they also charged me for an intricate design (I paid $79 for this fill..) when all i got was tips with a line underneath, as shown in the photo. Im extremely disappointed and will not be back.

I’m writing because I’m extremely unhappy with what happened at my nail appointment. First of all, my nails were done terribly and looked rushed and messy I don’t need perfect but they look botched. On top of that I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time even though I booked ahead, which is already very unprofessional.While I was sitting there, the boss lady came up to me and told me it was going to be $35 for the shellac change. I agreed to that price. However, when I went to the cash, I was suddenly told I had to pay $63 instead. That is a huge difference and I was never told about this change. I feel like I was completely lied to about the price .On top of all this the lady that started doing my nails couldn’t do what I was asking for and had another lady who was doing someone else’s nails leave her client and continue to do my nails with the same gloves covered in another customers nails dust . The old boss that used to be here was so kind and made everything crystal clear . She would always make sure the customers were happy with the quality of work and price. Not only did I waste my time waiting, but I was also overcharged and left with nails that look awful.I am a 17 year old and always get my nails done . When I come here with my mother and get the same kind of nails I always get charged 40$ , so now it seems they are taking advantage of the younger customers . This is not fair, and this is not how customers should be treated. I’m very disappointed and won’t be coming back as I’ve never had such bad experience at a nail salon . I will not be coming back neither will my friends and family ! Here’s my nails and what I asked for I don’t need perfect but rushing my nails because you guys overbooked clients is terrible I wouldn’t even pay 2 dollars for the quality I got . Now I have to go to another salon and fix the work they did on my nails ,they should be ashamed to let someone leave their salon with nails that look like that. Regardless of being lied to about the price ,I would have been willing to pay the $60 if my nails were done properly and I sisnt have to go get them redone .Don’t know how they are still in business.Absolutely do not care about their customers.

First time and had an amazing experience with Lisa getting a nail fill. She has great attention to detail and did such a fabulous job. Also, got a pedicure right before and the technician was also wonderful, didn’t happen to grab a name though. Extremely clean/sanitary place and I couldn’t recommend enough. I will definitely be back!
