I used to be a customer when it was Bossa Nova. I booked a manicure appointment on Saturday (6/7/2025) and didn’t know they had been sold to another person, rebranded and staff changed. I was a surprise when I got there, but decided to give it a try. The lady was lovely, but she didn’t know how to do nails even though it was a manicure appointment. When she finished my cuticles I decided to stop it as it was looking awful. Didn’t even apply nail polish. Adding picture of one of the hands for reference. Edit after response: the technician had finished the cuticle and was going to start applying the nail polish, then I decided to stop and paid the amount she thought it was fair for the service provided ($10). She certainly is not a professional manicure

I got a haircut with Eli last Thursday, and she was incredibly accommodating. I didn’t feel comfortable entering my credit card information on their website, so I texted her directly. She replied right away, booked the appointment for me, and kindly explained that they require a card on file in case of no-shows. I told her I completely understood and that I’d honor their cancellation policy if something came up. Before we started, she asked what I wanted to do with my hair. My previous haircut hadn’t been done very well, so she walked me through how she could fix it—though it would take at least one more session to fully correct. She did a fantastic job, and I’m really looking forward to going back for the next cut.

I've been getting my eyebrows done by Eli for almost a year now and she's amazing! She's always very careful and thorough. I've had my hair cut by her a few times too and the results are always better than I expected!! I really recommend!

I had a great experience at BloomUp Salon! Elli did a fantastic job with my eyebrow shaping and hydration treatment—she was professional, gentle, and really listened to what I wanted. My skin felt refreshed, and my brows look perfect! Momoko also gave me a fantastic pedicure—super detailed and relaxing. The salon is welcoming, and the team made me feel well taken care of. Highly recommend both Elli and Momoko!
