I’m disappointed with how Bliss Medi Spa has handled their yoga services and customer commitments. I purchased a yoga pass based on the schedule and quality of classes they were offering at the time. Unfortunately, due to medical reasons I was unable to use the pass within their predefined timeline. During that same period, the studio also significantly reduced and changed their yoga schedule, and the quality and variety of classes are no longer what they used to be. Despite these circumstances, management has refused to provide any credit or reasonable accommodation for services that were never rendered. From a customer service perspective, this is extremely disappointing. When clients purchase services in good faith, there should be some flexibility and fairness—especially when medical issues are involved and the original service offering has changed. I hope Bliss Medi Spa reconsiders how they treat loyal clients in situations like this, because the current approach reflects poorly on their management and customer care.

Fantastic experience. The spa is gorgeous, the staff were kind and helpful. I felt welcome and cared for. The deep tissue massage I had was exactly what I needed, perfect pressure and technique. The hydrating facial was gentle and effective - a total pleasure. It was the little extras that really made a difference: the lounge between treatments, the towel service in both the facial and massage, the aromatherapy options, the heated treatment beds, the BABOR products in the changeroom, the softest robe I've ever worn... Best spa experience I've had in Edmonton.

Had a prenatal massage with Nadia and it was great. She made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. The spa has nice amenities and places to relax before and after your massage. Shower/change room is clean and nice to have. The fountain in the star room was broken and making noise so definitely impacted the experience, not sure when that will be fixed. This company also doesn’t direct bill which is unfortunate, I’m not sure why? It’s rare to find a spa/massage company nowadays that doesn’t bill at all, not to certain insurances, not at all. Makes more work for the customer. That was a turn off. Prices are also on the higher side compared to other spas.

I have been going to Bliss for a few years and have always had a great experience. To start, I was taken to the locker room but the locker I was told to use wasn’t working. All the others were locked so I had to walk around with my things. I had booked a massage with Virginia and it was very poor. Her technique was inconsistent and not relaxing. I asked for a gentle massage and she went in heavy. I kept hearing banging behind me, shoes squeaking and at one point she dragged the sheet across my neck firmly. I asked to have the heat on the table turned down and she kept asking “is it okay” when it was too soon to tell. She then wanted to talk about her other client preferences after I communicated my needs further. I stopped talking and she kept going on and on even though I was not responding. Early on I asked her to put my ring in the jewelry tray and she refused saying I would forget it (I’m not a child) then went on about how someone else forgot one time. I advised the front desk at payment, they apologized then implied that I made a mistake in booking rather than asking what was poor about my experience or attempting to make amends. Very disappointing, will go elsewhere next time.

Started 2026 with a massage with Sara, and the experience from the moment I stepped into Bliss to the moment I left was fantastic. Bliss is my spa of choice. The spa lounge sets the tone right away with thoughtful touches: tea, your choice of coffee, fresh fruit, and these amazing coconut cookies. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and beautifully designed to help you unwind before your treatment even begins. Sara is extremely skilled at what she does. She creates a safe, comforting environment, listens to what you need, and ensures the entire massage feels intentional and restorative. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and completely reset. Finishing my visit in the caldarium, a heated relaxation room with a peaceful waterfall was the perfect ending. It’s one of those small luxuries that really elevates the experience. Bliss consistently delivers one of the best client experiences, and this visit was no exception. Highly recommend a visit here and booking with Sara!!

I attended Bliss Medi Spa for a facial. My esthetics professional was Sylvia. Sylvia was a delight and professional without being stuffy. During my facial, she provided excellent skin advice, answering all my questions and concerns. With thought and kindness, Sylvia recommended the right and appropriate services and products for me, explaining in detail why certain ones would be good for me while others wouldn’t. Thank you Sylvia, for your candor and for educating me. You’ve made my skin glow and I feel fresh again! See you again soon :)
