Friendly and professional. Like another reviewer here, i came here for a second opinion in town for dental work. had a much better experience. very knowledgeable and kind. usually dental stuff is a big stress, but they probably know that, and do a lot to make it feel routine and mundane in a good way. thank you for your skilful work

Came here for a second opinion for dental work, they were very knowledgeable and honest. They're options and prices were much better than the other dentist I went to, I left the office feeling relieved and more confident going back with the plan we agreed upon. They also gave my daughter her first check up and they did an awesome job!

Review stars breakdown I got an appointment quickly. = +1 star I like Cole's drill-side manner. = +1 star Cole's quick work. = +1 star Not finding out that they are more expensive than what the Canadian Dental Care Plan covers, even at 100%, until after the work was done was a bit frustrating, as I'm sure I'm not the first person to get fillings through the program, and so you would think they could have told me. I.e., "We charge $40 more than what the coverage pays for, as our price is x many dollars, and only x many dollars is covered." = -1 star The fact that they are more expensive than what the government thinks a filling should cost, as this rate is also meant for larger cities and provinces = -1 star Oct 10, 2025 You know how people who don't know about cars are worried about taking their vehicles to a mechanic because an oil change turns into thousands of bucks? After my appointment today, that's the best way I could describe how I was feeling at the moment. I didn't need another reason other than the pain to not like going to the dentist lol

I had an amazing experience here today! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Jersey was the sweetest and easiest to deal with. Cole the dentist was amazing!! I came in with brutal pain and he helped me very efficiently and gave me great advice and proper medication. I will 100% be bringing my family here for everything dental!! I was blown away by how great my experience was. They really cared they weren't just looking to take my money he actually wanted to genuinely help me. Thank you to everyone their today!
