I got my lashes done here and asked for full volume, but I honestly don’t know what they did because it does not look full at all. This isn’t my first time getting lash extensions — I’ve been getting them done for over seven years — so I know what full volume should look like. They charged me a lot, which I didn’t complain about, but my lashes didn’t even last four days. When I called to let them know, they refused to fix it and never returned my calls, even after I left a message. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had the best experience with Navdeep!! she was beyond kind and caring, she made the experience so comfortable and relaxing for me and made sure i was happy throughout my whole lash appointment! I love the way she did my classic lashes and am so happy with them. l asked for her to make them as naturally classic as possible and she did just that :) | can't thank her enough for her amazing work and her kindness! 10/10 customer service, I highly recommend! f Thank you Navdeep!!

Harmanpreet made my experience amazing! I had some concerns about my lash retention, and she took the time to recommend a different lash style with shorter lengths. I love my lashes even more now, and the retention has been incredible! She even followed up afterward to make sure I was happy and that my lashes were holding up well. Highly recommend Harmanpreet!

The lash tech that did my lash lift and tint, unfortunately had no clue what she was doing . I have had my lashes done many times, and I have to say this is a first. The day I got them done. They instantly fell flat to my eye lids. And they have been stuck there since. As I was laying there, the chemicals kept getting brushed on my lashes with out them being curled or lifted - she put on chemical after chemical just brushing it through my lashes . I thought I could trust the process as I felt her doing it. But clearly I can’t. Very unfortunate. I will not be going back. I do not recommend this salon. Highly do your research before going here, or anywhere for that matter. Big lesson learned for me Edit- Oct 4 2025 This is a reply to the owners terrible comment about harassment - I’ll lay it all out for you - I came in on Saturday Sept 13 at 10am and the lash tech that did it was “V” she didn’t give me her full name just the first letter because her name must be hard to pronounce. I left there very disappointed as I had a wedding to attend the same day and no time to come in and address the horrible mess she gave me for a lash lift - I will attach a photo taken the next day . Your clients will clearly see your responses to this review. It’s baffling you’re quick to assume a review of your horrible service is harassment. Good luck with your business.

I had the best experience with Leila today while getting my eyebrows. I felt like she really listened to my concerns, especially my fear of having my brows overthreaded, which has happened to me in the past at other places. Leila was so meticulous and took extra care to make sure I was happy with the result. I truly felt like I was in good hands. I can’t recommend booking with her enough! Plus, the studio itself is absolutely beautiful—and a cool, calming escape on a hot day like today!
