Friendly stylist but Very poor experience so disappointing in the quality of the colouring Job of my hair. I could not see the difference in the roots before and after, also could not see any of the low lights I requested and a highlights where not even highlights….. I have paid a third of it somewhere else and better visible results. I would not Rate this salon one of the best ending, but look for something else for your money’s worth. There might be one or two stylists that are very experienced, but I just did not happen to have one of them.

I got my balayage done on January 16th. I got the ash grey hair colour. But just after one hair wash, when I did my hair wash yesterday, the colour fade off and turns into dull and yellow colour. I called the salon to fix my colour but they did nothing and not respond back. I came to this salon 2nd time for the same balayage hair colour. But this time my experience was very bad. I paid $400 just for this yellow hair colour?

I have been to so may hair stylists and never super satisfied .. just content., and today I have found my place .. my girl. I have some pretty damaged hair and am in need of major help .. My experience was quite pleasant and had the kindest girl do my hair. Sarah was sweet, listed to exactly what I was needed, I got the information I needed and she explained to me what I was doing wrong and how to help me on my way to repairing some bad hair ! For what I got and what I needed the prices were definitely reasonable ! I left more than satisfied. On top of that, the salon was clean, inviting and I got a coffee ! I will not go anywhere else ever again. Thank you ladies for the great experience

I have been coming to Black Orchid for over 6 years. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. Halle has been cutting my hair for the last 2 years and I always leave loving my hair! I just got my hair coloured last week - Halle understood exactly what I wanted and translated it into the perfect colour! Highly recommend!

I had my hair done by Courtenay today and she was nothing less than a miracle worker. I had put an extremely dark hair dye on my hair at home and she managed to make it beautiful with foils. 100% more than I thought could be done. She was so sweet and listened to me. I am truly amazed at the work she did. I have already booked my next couple of appointments with her. Can't wait. Thank you so so much
